After years of battling devastating medical conditions that left him bedridden and in constant pain, Greg discovered the incredible potential of molecular hydrogen. Through relentless research and personal determination, he developed protocols that not only healed his own body but have since helped countless others overcome seemingly impossible health challenges. From heart conditions to brain injuries, Greg's journey is a powerful reminder of the human spirit's resilience and the potential of scientific discovery. We're going to dive deep into the world of hydrogen, explore its scientific foundations, and hear some truly inspiring stories of recovery that will challenge everything you thought you knew about healing. Get ready for an eye-opening conversation that might just change the way you think about health and wellness.

Here are the questions Linda asked Greg during the interview:

  1. Why are you called hman?

  2. Explain to us a little bit about your back story.

  3. Is molecular hydrogen?

  4. Is all hydrogen created equal?

  5. What do you feel like the hydrogen has done for you and for other people, like what type of conditions?

  6. What kind of machines do you use and what type are the best for people to to get?

  7. I've heard, you know, my mentor talked about doing baths, you know, and things like that, with this type of ingredient. Are there any downsides to using hydrogen that you know of?

  8. Are you still doing hydrogen today?

  9. Tell us, where can we find all of your research and things on hydrogen, and again the websites and the information for people, before we sign off here?

Quotes:

  1. "I made a promise, I actually made a prayer at my lowest point, that if I could find a way that I would promise, that I would show it to others and help others."

  2. "Hydrogen is the purest substance known to man. It's incredibly pure. And the thing about it is it selectively does this antioxidant activity, but it also helps with like cell signaling."

  3. "I wanted the simplest protocols to overcome my health issues. I did not want a cupboard full of supplements. I didn't want to be taking 100 pills a day. I didn't want to be using 100 machines a day. I didn't want, you know, I couldn't live like that. Who wants to live like that?"

  4. "I'm not going to name names or names of products, but I will say that, in my personal opinion, well over 80% of the stuff out there in the alternative health world, in my opinion, is not good and maybe even potentially dangerous."

  5. "I believe that it'll help with depression. We know that it helps with energy. We know that it's anti aging. It's all the things that would make you feel better. You know, again, in my opinion, but I think it's going to transform the world of health, even agriculture."

Ep 753 :“Live” At The Oscars with Michael Gelman

On this week's motivation Monday, we're talking to Michael Gelman.

When Michael Gelman helped create one of the most popular New York morning shows in 1987 and orchestrate its transition to a national ratings powerhouse a year later, he became the youngest producer of a national talk show. Today, as executive producer of “Live,” he has the longest tenure at the helm of any of the top syndicated shows.

Since its inception “Live” has enlivened morning television with its hilarious Host Chat and A-list celebrity guests. Now in its 35th season in national syndication, “Live” remains a stronghold in daytime television, continuing to entertain viewers nationwide.

As executive producer, Gelman is responsible for virtually every aspect of the show. He is well known for his audience warm-ups and regularly appears on-set, complementing the daily Host Chat segment.

Gelman first joined “Live” as a freelance production assistant on what was then known as “The Morning Show.” Soon after, he was hired as a staff production assistant and later named associate producer, working in that role for two years. He left the show to pursue freelance opportunities and produced original “Live” host Regis Philbin’s highly-rated primetime variety program. “The Regis Philbin Show,” which aired on Lifetime. In 1987, Gelman returned to “The Morning Show” as executive producer. The following year, the show went into national syndication as “Live with Regis & Kathie Lee.”

Ep 751: Supplement 101 And Natural Alternatives with Jared St Clair

Today, I'm thrilled to welcome Jared St. Clair, an herbalist and expert natural supplement formulator with over 30 years of hands-on experience. Jared is known for his Vital Five essential supplements and has crafted highly effective formulas for a range of health concerns. In our conversation, we dive deep into Jared's personal journey with overcoming acid reflux without drugs, the importance of quality supplements, and how to read labels to ensure you're getting the best products. As always, my goal is to bring empowerment and practical health knowledge to our community, so let's get started!

Questions Asked:

  1. Where are you from, Jared?

  2. What got you into being all about health and wellness? Do you have a backstory?

  3. How did you learn all the ins and outs of supplements?

  4. Can you tell everyone what you did to get over your acid reflux?

  5. How can people read supplement labels so they can get a good quality supplement?

  6. Where can people find your podcasts and connect with you on social media?

Quotes:

  1. "My education is largely just doing. I've, I've been hands on, one on one, with clients, for you know, since I was literally a teenager, working with people in real world situations, dealing with real world problems and helping them figure those things out."

  2. "I have very much kind of that entrepreneurs brain. So it's very scattered lots of this, you know, squirrels and shiny objects and things like that. But one thing that my brain seems to be really capable of is remembering every study I read about vitamin C or, you know, D aspartic acid from 20 years ago."

  3. "If I were to put this product on Amazon and it became a big seller, there will be somebody out there, or at least there's the potential for somebody out there to copy the label of my product, put something else in it and sell it as if it's my product."

  4. "When you develop a product, you get to see you get to see it right from the raw material to the finished product. And you really see the entire picture. You understand why the price is the way it is, why the quality is the way it is, why it matters where you source the product from."

  5. "We're still very much an independent family business. There are six of my family members that work here. My wife works with me. My oldest son and daughter both both work with me. My wife's two daughters work with us. So we have this really great, you know, family energy."

Ep 742: How Not To Eat Like A Schmuck At The Holidays with Aubrey Worek

Do you have trouble sticking to your fitness goals around the holidays?  Have you experienced the guilt of gaining back weight because of all the food?  Do you struggle with staying away from the sweets? These are struggles we all deal with. And if it’s not a struggle around the holidays, maybe it’s just your weekend that gets off track.  Regardless, we have all had our moments of falling short. We also dive into the importance of accountability and coaching to keep us on track.  In addition we talk about taking self-responsibility for our actions and owning up to our weaknesses.

Questions I asked:

  • How do we avoid the holiday weight gain?
  • How do we keep from continually starting over?
  • How do we stay away from sweets?
  • Do we need a trainer?

Topics Discussed:

  • Implementing systems for eating.
  • How coaches can help us.
  • The importance of accountability.
  • Staying on track during the weekends.
