Are you interested in diet culture? Have you been worried about how you’re eating? In this episode I talk with Lisa Salisbury. She is a health and weight loss life coach for women who want to lose weight without counting and calculating their food. As a former chronic dieter, Lisa knows what it’s like to be all-consumed with everything that goes into your mouth. It was only when she learned the tools and skills through coaching that she was able to drop the dieting obsession and drop her weight!
